November is packed with updates to give you more flexibility, clearer insights, and a smoother experience in Billy Grace. Analyze your peak season results, customize your dashboards with hierarchy controls, and explore our newest integration. We’re also giving our Support chatbot a fresh new identity.

🛍️ First Peak Season Insights

The peak Black Friday/Cyber Monday period has now ended. You can start analyzing your performance for this week using our MTA and UMM models. Automations can also be safely reactivated, as the feature automatically detects and filters traffic spikes.

🔧 Flexible Hierarchy Controls in Channel Performance

You can now fully customize the hierarchy in your Channel Performance dashboard. Adjust the order of the layers (source, medium, campaign, ad set, ad) or remove layers you don’t need. This gives you more control over how your data is structured and makes it easier to focus on the level of detail that matters most.

🔗 New Integrations: QuantCast

You asked, we delivered! You can now integrate directly with QuantCast.

💬 Our Support Chatbot has a new name

We’re giving our virtual Support assistant its own identity. Say hello to Nora! Our chatbot, introduced in September, now has a fresh new name but still answers your questions within minutes.

📊 Attribution Window Insights: out of Beta

Understand the share of attribution value across touchpoints, and how those touchpoints fall into different attribution windows. This allows you to evaluate how effective your channels are over time. It also helps to decide which attribution window to select in your analysis and automations.

Our filters are now extended to the Landing Page dashboard. Refine your insights with:

⚙️ New Automation Rules: Increase / Decrease Target ROAS & CPA

Take control of your targets like never before. You can now automatically increase or decrease your target ROAS or CPA by a set percentage. Updates will run once a week when Google allows it.

📈 Bar Chart View in Trends Report

You can now switch between line charts, bar charts, or let Billy Grace automatically choose the best chart type based on your granularity (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).

🔗 New Integrations: Indeed and X

You asked, we delivered! You can now integrate directly with Indeed and X.

🛠 Billy’s Metric Builder (Beta)

Create custom metrics tailored to your unique business goals. The Metric Builder lets you combine existing metrics, apply formulas, and define whether higher or lower values indicate better performance. Perfect for tracking metrics that aren’t included by default and making your dashboards truly your own.

📊 Attribution Window Insights (Beta)

We’ve rolled out several powerful updates in July to further improve transparency, track performance better, and act faster.

✅ New Recommended Task: No Attributed Events

We’ve added a new recommended task that flags underperforming ads, so you can quickly identify which ads need attention. Find an example below:

“The highlighted ads have run for at least 7 days with sufficient spend but show no attributed events (MTA) and rank in the bottom 1% (UMM). Data reflects the past 7 days up to this moment.”

⚙️ Duplicate Automation Rules

You can now duplicate existing automation rules with one click, saving time when setting up similar workflows.

🔍 Search Terms & Console

Get deeper insights into your users' search behavior. The new Search Terms and Console section helps you understand what users are searching for, where they land, and how you can optimize content accordingly.

📈 Automation Insights (Beta)

With the new Automation Insights, you get greater clarity and transparency into how budget recommendations are made.

It provides a breakdown of your automation settings, budget ranges, and rule conditions. You can review daily details, explore past recommendations, and understand the logic behind each change.

🎯 Target Tracker (Beta)

Track how close you are to hitting your goals, whether it's revenue, ROAS, or any other metric. With the new Target Tracker, you always know where you stand. It’s also a great tool to share progress internally and keep the rest of the organization aligned on performance.

Auth0 Migration Complete

We’ve fully migrated to Auth0, a trusted identity platform, to manage user login securely and efficiently.

Auth0 will act as a subprocessor, a third-party service that helps us deliver secure authentication. It only processes the minimum data needed to support login and access features, and complies with all relevant privacy and security standards.

Managing your keyword performance is now easier with the new pause button—you can now pause underperforming keywords directly within Billy Grace.

📅 Scheduled Exports in Custom Reports

You can now schedule exports directly within Custom Reports! Automate report delivery to ensure your team always has the latest insights without manual downloads.

💰 Renamed Decay Curve to Return on Investment

To better reflect its purpose, we’ve renamed the Decay Curve to Return on Investment (ROI). The functionality remains the same—providing you a visual representation of how campaign spending has been related to performance.

📊 Reach & Frequency in Automation Rules

You can now use Reach & Frequency as variables in Automation Rules!
Reach and Frequency are only available for TikTok and Meta and for the task decrease or increase campaign/adset budget.

📖 Updated Attribution Documentation

We’ve improved our Attribution Models article with new insights on when to use which attribution model.


📢 Adhese in Journeys

We’ve added Adhese to the Journeys in the Trends & Journeys report. Giving you more visibility into how this channel contributes to your customer journey and campaign performance.
