We’ve rolled out several powerful updates in July to further improve transparency, track performance better, and act faster.
Check out what’s new this month 👇
We’ve added a new recommended task that flags underperforming ads, so you can quickly identify which ads need attention. Find an example below:
“The highlighted ads have run for at least 7 days with sufficient spend but show no attributed events (MTA) and rank in the bottom 1% (UMM). Data reflects the past 7 days up to this moment.”
You can now duplicate existing automation rules with one click, saving time when setting up similar workflows.

Get deeper insights into your users' search behavior. The new Search Terms and Console section helps you understand what users are searching for, where they land, and how you can optimize content accordingly.

With the new Automation Insights, you get greater clarity and transparency into how budget recommendations are made.
It provides a breakdown of your automation settings, budget ranges, and rule conditions. You can review daily details, explore past recommendations, and understand the logic behind each change.

Track how close you are to hitting your goals, whether it's revenue, ROAS, or any other metric. With the new Target Tracker, you always know where you stand. It’s also a great tool to share progress internally and keep the rest of the organization aligned on performance.

You can now view the match type (broad, phrase, exact) tied to each keyword, giving you better context when analyzing paid search campaigns.

More advanced filtering at your fingertips
Filtered Views now support regex, enabling users to create flexible filters by matching patterns in names and values.

Keep your filters intact in direct exports
Exported reports now retain your applied filters, making it easier to work with data exactly as you configured it in the platform.
Personalize and secure your account
We’ve added a new Profile & Security page where you can upload your profile picture and manage 2FA (two-factor authentication). Giving you an extra layer of protection to keep your account safer.

Auth0 Migration Complete
We’ve fully migrated to Auth0, a trusted identity platform, to manage user login securely and efficiently.
Auth0 will act as a subprocessor, a third-party service that helps us deliver secure authentication. It only processes the minimum data needed to support login and access features, and complies with all relevant privacy and security standards.
Introducing Product Performance for our e-commerce clients
See exactly how individual products are performing and serves as a tool to make the right decisions about the products you sell.
Right now, it offers powerful insights for products within your e-commerce store, with exciting updates on the way to expand its capabilities even further.
Pixel Debugger now available!
Troubleshoot your tracking with confidence. The new Pixel Debugger makes it easy to verify pixel setups and resolve issues fast.

You can now select how detailed you want your channel breakdown to be when viewing reports. Choose the level that gives you the most relevant insights.

You can now schedule exports directly within Custom Reports! Automate report delivery to ensure your team always has the latest insights without manual downloads.

To better reflect its purpose, we’ve renamed the Decay Curve to Return on Investment (ROI). The functionality remains the same—providing you a visual representation of how campaign spending has been related to performance.

You can now use Reach & Frequency as variables in Automation Rules!
Reach and Frequency are only available for TikTok and Meta and for the task decrease or increase campaign/adset budget.

We’ve improved our Attribution Models article with new insights on when to use which attribution model.
We’ve added Adhese to the Journeys in the Trends & Journeys report. Giving you more visibility into how this channel contributes to your customer journey and campaign performance.

You can now build Custom Reports tailored to your specific needs. Select the metrics and dimensions that matter most to your business for clearer, more actionable insights.
With the introduction of Reports, you have the ability to select up to 5 custom events in the same data table.

For clients with a CRM integration, we’ve introduced a dedicated CRM Page. You can find this page under Settings.

We’ve added a ‘Last Updated’ timestamp to Attribution Models, so you always know when your data was last refreshed.

Billy Grace now displays orders from marketplaces like Bol, Amazon, and Kruidvat in Channel Performance. This makes tracking and optimizing sales across multiple platforms easier from one central dashboard.

As the festive season kicks off, we’re excited to share the latest updates from Billy Grace that will make your end-of-year campaigns even more impactful.

We’ve added Page Filters to the Paid Performance tab! You can now create filtered views (and even add emojis!) to keep your insights organized and visually engaging. For more details, check out the guide below.

With our new Adform integration, Adform impressions are now included in our UMM model. This means you can see the performance of your Adform campaigns within a full-funnel view, alongside other channels.
You can connect Adform on the integrations page. You can find the required tracking parameters here.

The Creative Performance report now includes creative and placement data. Now you can analyze the performance of creatives in combination with their placements. And gain insights into placement-specific performance, independent of the creative used, to understand better where your ads shine.

With our Product Labelizer feature, you can now label your products in Google Ads based on Billy Grace attribution data. These insights/labels can be used in your ad manager to use specific products in specific campaigns. This streamlines your product feed management and boosts campaign efficiency.

We’ve introduced an Unattributed status to the E-commerce page, making identifying and analyzing orders that aren’t linked to specific campaigns easier.
You can use this to troubleshoot in your e-commerce platform if these orders come from a different source than the website. (e.g. marketplaces)
