Auth0 Migration Complete
Weโve fully migrated to Auth0, a trusted identity platform, to manage user login securely and efficiently.
Auth0 will act as a subprocessor, a third-party service that helps us deliver secure authentication. It only processes the minimum data needed to support login and access features, and complies with all relevant privacy and security standards.
Introducing Product Performance for our e-commerce clients
See exactly how individual products are performing and serves as a tool to make the right decisions about the products you sell.
Right now, it offers powerful insights for products within your e-commerce store, with exciting updates on the way to expand its capabilities even further.
Pixel Debugger now available!
Troubleshoot your tracking with confidence. The new Pixel Debugger makes it easy to verify pixel setups and resolve issues fast.
You can now select how detailed you want your channel breakdown to be when viewing reports. Choose the level that gives you the most relevant insights.
These dimensions will allow for a more detailed analysis and clearer view of your marketing performance.

Billy Grace now displays orders from marketplaces like Bol, Amazon, and Kruidvat in Channel Performance. This makes tracking and optimizing sales across multiple platforms easier from one central dashboard.

With our new Adform integration, Adform impressions are now included in our UMM model. This means you can see the performance of your Adform campaigns within a full-funnel view, alongside other channels.
You can connect Adform on the integrations page. You can find the required tracking parameters here.

The Creative Performance report now includes creative and placement data. Now you can analyze the performance of creatives in combination with their placements. And gain insights into placement-specific performance, independent of the creative used, to understand better where your ads shine.

With our Product Labelizer feature, you can now label your products in Google Ads based on Billy Grace attribution data. These insights/labels can be used in your ad manager to use specific products in specific campaigns. This streamlines your product feed management and boosts campaign efficiency.
Weโve introduced an Unattributed status to the E-commerce page, making identifying and analyzing orders that arenโt linked to specific campaigns easier.
You can use this to troubleshoot in your e-commerce platform if these orders come from a different source than the website. (e.g. marketplaces)

You can now track Reach & Frequency metrics directly within the Trends & Journeys report. This addition helps you better understand the audience impact and engagement across your campaigns.
To simplify budget management, you can sync your total daily budget seamlessly with Ad Managers in the Automation form's Budget step. This integration ensures better alignment across all platforms and keeps your budget in check.

When setting up campaigns, you can now refine your choices by selecting specific adsets directly in the Automation form. This provides even more control over your campaigns, allowing for granular optimizations at every step.
We've added a dropdown feature that allows you to quickly select and view all custom events within the pixel troubleshooting section. This will streamline the process of tracking and diagnosing your pixel events.

Weโve integrated with Xandr, allowing you to seamlessly optimize your ad campaigns on one of the most powerful display and video advertising platforms.

You can now set Run Frequency on the Budget step of the Automation form. This feature lets you control on which days the Automation will run, allowing for more precise budget management.
Weโve enhanced the filtering capabilities by adding adset filtering in addition to campaign filtering under General > Settings > Metrics. This gives you more granular control when analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.

Filtering is now made easier by providing a search bar in addition to your typical filters. This can help speed things up in case you are looking for something specific quickly. You can just type the characters you want to include in your search and find your desired results easier than ever.
Modify the way your data tables look and feel easily. Set and forget: your main view settings are now under the โview optionsโ button. We do not want to bother you with unnecessary actions, so we are helping your tables have a more peaceful look and giving you the power to choose your preferences.
We have grouped your similar actions to enable you to find your desired actions more easily. All your filtering functionalities are now grouped to the left side of your toolbar and your secondary actions like the bookmark and export function are part of the right side of your toolbar.
Last but not least, minor visual changes were made to the tables to make your view more comfortable and promote readability.
Weโve added extra columns to the Orders tab, including returning customer status, discount, shipping cost, tax unit cost, and product info. For those integrated with Channable, profit is also displayed.

Weโve introduced the PMax Insights page, a new report that provides insights into ad placements (display, shopping, video, search), showing percentages and absolute spends per placement type within PMAX.
Now, in one overview, you can see where Google spends your PMax campaign budget, allowing you to identify trends and determine if your spending aligns with your goals.
Additionally, it helps you gain insights into whether PMax overlaps with or (negatively) impacts your search campaigns.
This update helps you better understand how your marketing efforts contribute to conversions.
- Session Date: Allocates credit to the day the touchpoint occurred.
- Event Date: Allocates credit to the day the event occurred.
Each mode provides unique insights into your campaign performance, helping you choose the best approach for your analysis.
Weโve expanded the table grouping functionality to the Landing Page and Channel Performance reports. This allows you to organize and view your data more efficiently and makes it easier to compare performance across different segments and channels.
