Hey There ,

July brings LLMs into Channel Performance, one-click access to your ad platforms and an upgraded Overview page. Quin gets conversation exports and a fresh batch of workflows. There is also news on BigQuery, Indeed and the platform redesign we have coming.

Here's everything you need to know 👇

LLMs in Channel Performance

LLMs now show up as their own channel in the Channel Performance dashboard.

LLMs are becoming a bigger source of traffic, and their contribution to overall performance shouldn't be ignored. Now you can see the effect of channels like ChatGPT or Perplexity on traffic and conversions, right alongside your other channels. That gives you a much more complete view of where your total performance is really coming from.

Open Channel Performance to see LLMs in action.

Open ad managers

You can now jump straight from a campaign in the Billy Grace tables to that specific ad platform in one click.

No more opening a separate tab to action your insights. Hover over the row and click the Open in ad platform icon to land directly in your ad manager, so you can action the budget changes we advise right where it counts.

Good to know:

  • Currently live for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and OptOut
  • Available in Paid Performance and Automation Performance

Open Paid Performance and jump into an ad platform.

Overview Upgrade

The Overview page just got an upgrade. It now supports filtered views and custom metrics from the metric builder, so you can shape the overview around exactly what you want to track.

Open the Overview to build your view.

Quin: Export Conversation

Quin conversations can now be exported to PDF. Anyone who needs a record of a conversation with Quin can export it directly, so it’s easy to keep, forward or file away.

Open Quin to try exporting a conversation.

Quin: New Workflows

Quin’s workflow library keeps growing, with new additions across memory, seasonality and in-app performance.

  • Memory workflows: a new category for what Quin has learned about your account, with Weekly Memory Digest, Pick Up Where We Left Off and What Quin Remembers About You
  • Seasonality workflows: Weekday vs Weekend Analysis and Seasonality Deep Dive, for how days of the week and seasonal patterns shape your results
  • In-app performance: traffic and conversions from mobile apps and in-app browsers, split by device OS and device type and compared against the rest of your account

BigQuery: Unique service account per user

Connecting to BigQuery now works through a unique Billy Grace service account per user, instead of the shared account used before.

Each person now has their own dedicated account for connecting your data, so access is fully separated between users, with no shared credentials or data path.

Integration: Indeed is live again

The Indeed integration is live again. Indeed is one of the largest job boards out there, and the integration lets you pull your Indeed campaign data straight into Billy Grace, so it sits alongside your other marketing channels.

We added cost protection to keep your Indeed API usage within safe limits.

Coming Soon: Platform Redesign

Billy Grace will get a refreshed layout and navigation. The redesign covers the sidebar, menus, input controls and Quin, plus a new dark mode option. Your data, reports, automations and permissions will not change. Only how you move around the platform will.

That’s it for July!

See you next month 👋
